Program Description:
This program equips leaders with the mental models to see the “whole” instead of just the “parts”. It focuses on shifting the leadership mindset from “doing more” to “making work flow better” by understanding the underlying structures that cause recurring organizational issues. Participants will learn to identify patterns of failure, avoid local optimizations that hurt the overall system, and design solutions that create long-term stability without the need for constant heroic efforts.
Learning Objective:
•Identify Systemic Patterns: Recognize recurring bottlenecks and “anti-patterns” to solve the root cause of problems rather than just the symptoms.
•Balance Local vs. Global Needs: Evaluate how changes in one team’s process impact the broader organizational flow to avoid “siloed” successes that hurt the system.
•Design Before Control: Apply the principle of improving system design to reduce the need for excessive supervision and manual escalations.
•Visualize the Flow: Use systemic tools to map end-to-end connections, ensuring that handoffs between teams are clear and frictionless.
