Program Description:
This program is designed for leaders who hold a mandate to align work across different departments and roles. It focuses on the transition from “People Leadership” to “System Leadership,” where the primary goal is to ensure that work flows seamlessly without unnecessary bottlenecks or silos. Participants will learn to design systemic connections, manage handoffs, and stabilize organizational flow so that performance does not depend on “heroic efforts”

•Design Organizational Flow: Move beyond managing unit silos to orchestrating Workflow & Handoff Mapping across team boundaries.
•Clarify Decision Rights: Apply frameworks like RAPID or RACI to ensure decisions are made quickly and consistently across functions without constant escalation.
•Establish Process Ownership: Identify and empower Process Owners who are responsible for the end-to-end health and improvement of cross-functional workflows
•Manage Systemic Friction: Utilize Systems Thinking to resolve recurring bottlenecks and “anti-patterns” that slow down the entire organization.
