Program Description:
This program shifts managers away from relying on intuition or personal “feeling” toward making fair, objective decisions based on team performance data. Leaders will learn to use facts to identify performance patterns, resolve gaps early, and ensure consistent treatment across the team. By mastering this skill, managers build a culture of transparency where decisions are defensible and trusted.
Learning Objective:
•Identify Performance Patterns: Use team metrics to distinguish between isolated incidents and systemic performance trends.
•Reduce Bias in Decisions: Replace assumptions and personal preferences with objective facts during performance evaluations and team discussions.
•Close Performance Gaps: Utilize the Team Performance Data Review toolkit to pinpoint specific areas requiring intervention or support.
•Communicate Decisively: Use data as a foundation for transparent and fair 1-on-1 performance conversations.
