Measurement & Impact
•Baseline Diagnostics: Before the program, we measure the “before” condition using a 360 degree assessment and the custom Executive Behavior Scorecard to establish a clear starting point.
•Final Impact Reporting: At the program’s conclusion, we re administer the exact same 360 degree assessment. A Final Impact Report is presented to stakeholders showing the “Before vs After” data.
•Business Impact Showcase: Executives present the results of their Transformation Challenge to the Board of Directors. This showcase links the new behaviors, like Growth Mindset and Agent of Change, directly to tangible business results.

Program Structure
- Diagnose & Definition: We begin with a data driven start, collaborating with stakeholders to co create a measurable “Executive Behavior Scorecard”. This tool then forms the core of a 360 Degree Assessment and baseline diagnostics to measure the “before” condition.
- Immersive Development Journey: This is the central learning phase where participants apply the 3 Leadership Pillars (The Content) to the 3 Spheres of Influence (The Context). This application happens in high-stakes business simulations and through their real-world “Transformation Challenge”.
- Reinforcement & Visible Impact: This phase ensures the learning sticks and provides tangible evidence of change. Through one-on-one coaching, participants are held accountable for results and behavioral improvement. We re-administer the 360 Degree Assessment from Phase 1, and the program concludes with a Final Impact Report.
