Program Description:
This program focuses on building a stable organizational climate by mastering the art of professional interaction and conflict resolution. It moves beyond legal compliance to focus on “Quality of Interaction”. HR professionals will learn to guide managers through Performance Conversations and manage the Hard Boundaries between leadership levels. The goal is to build trust through consistency and clear expectations.
