Program Description:
This program shifts HR from reporting “activity” to measuring “impact”. It focuses on the “Lead with Data-Driven Judgment” principle. Participants will learn to use System Metrics and Team Data Reviews to identify organizational gaps and provide strategic insights that help leaders make firm “Choices” instead of “Compromises“.
