Program Description:
This module moves beyond “training modules” to building Learning Agility and Innovation as a core systemic capability. It focuses on “Embedding Change” into how work operates. Participants will learn to design learning experiences that aren’t just one-off events, but are integrated into the Daily Work Operating Tools of the employees.
Learning Objective:
•Embed Learning into Workflow: Design development programs that utilize Playbook Toolkits (like Personal OKRs or RAPID) as part of the learning journey.
•Cultivate Innovation Agility: Use the “Lead with Growth” mindset to encourage experimentation and rapid adaptation to new digital tools.
•Coordinate System-Level Change: Manage the Change Integration Checklist to ensure new skills are actually adopted and maintained across teams.
•Measure Behavioral Shift: Evaluate learning success through Observable Behaviors and “What Good Looks Like” standards rather than just “Smile Sheets”
