2.Program Phases
•Phase 1: 2-Day Non-Residential Program covering Huddles, Coaching Conversation and Project Work
•Phase 2: 2.5-Day Non-residential Program covering Huddles, Coaching Conversation and Project Work
•Phase 3: 2.5-Day Non-residential Program covering Huddles, Coaching Conversation and Project Work
•Phase 4: 2-Day Non-residential Program covering Coaching Conversation, Project Work Presentations, Closing Ceremony and Gala Dinner
3.Post-Program Phase
1.MDP Delegate Debrief (45 minutes using a bespoke DFQ (Delegate Feedback Questionnaire)
2.MDP Delegate’s Superior Interview (30 minutes assessment review of MDP Delegate, 2 weeks post-Program)
